以下、会場デザイン・本イベントのオーガナイザー Kerupa Flowさんからの紹介文です。

７１０と言えば、これはもう世界的に納豆の日である。
そして納豆といえば、黒縞屋。世界はそのように動いているのであり、
無駄な抵抗はやめて、片手の器には納豆、片手にはお箸をひとは持たねばならぬ。
そしてその感動を激しい回転運動として、表現していく。
そのとき初めて、心の底から、ああ地球は回っている、と実感することだろう。
感動、その共有、もつれあう糸、幾億の菌たちの喜びがたかまり、
そこに来るのはユートピア。さあ、一緒に、ねばーぎば、ねばーねばー。
